Yes—single items are perfect for DTG/DTF. Screen printing and some embroidery may have minimums depending on complexity.
Standard turnaround is typically 3–7 business days depending on service and quantity. Rush is available—tell us your deadline.
Yes—discounts for bulk, corporate, and repeat orders. Send sizes/quantities for a custom quote.
We can produce a sample before full production. Sampling fees may apply depending on the service.
Artwork & Design
High-resolution PNG, AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG are best. For embroidery, vector files or high-res PNGs work great.
Yes—our designers can create or prepare artwork for print. Design services are billed separately.
Yes—DTG and DTF are suited for full-color images, photos, and gradients with high detail.
Garment Policy
Yes—we accept customer-supplied garments. We’ll confirm fabric compatibility first to ensure best results.
Yes—prints are durable and machine washable. Care instructions are included with each order.
Shipping & Pickup
Yes—local pickup and shipping across Canada & the U.S. Shipping rates depend on weight and destination.
Yes—tracking information is emailed once the order ships.
Returns & Issues
Custom items are non-returnable unless defective or if the error is ours. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report issues.
We guarantee print quality. If something is wrong, email photos and order details to info@edgeartprint.ca and we’ll resolve it.
